Apples

Dehydrated / dried apple is prepared from sound mature fruit at the proper stage of ripening, which have been washed, cored and trimmed. The fruit, with or without the skin as specified, is then either diced or sliced into the required size pieces and mechanically dried under hygienic conditions. The product is then sieved to remove under and over sized pieces, packed and metal detected.
