Dehydrated apricots produced from clean, sound, ripe fresh apricots.

Variety: Apricots are fruits of the genus Prunus Armeniaca L., the variety is Malatya.

Raw Material: The fruit is collected from the trees harvested when ripe. Fresh apricots are cured in chambers by sulphur dioxide. The fruit is pitted and then dried by sun. The resultant product is a uniform golden yellow colour practically free from all internal and external defects. All these processes are carried out according to best industry standards.

At a company Approved factory of origin, the apricots are cleaned to a very high standard through a process which includes aspiration and sieving, washing, operator inspection and picking, undergoing multiple laser scanner and x-ray inspections and metal detector checking to ensure the highest – Ready To Use cleaning grade. The apricots will be of sound quality, wholesome and healthy, typical of the type specified, in terms of colour and size and general quality.
