Apricots
Dehydrated apricots produced from clean, sound ripened fresh fruits.
Variety: Apricots are fruits of the genus Prunus Armeniaca L., the variety is Malatya.
Raw Material: The fruit is collected from the trees harvested when ripe (harvesting does not involve ground collection or drop harvesting methods). Fresh apricots are then cured in chambers by sulphur dioxide for a number of days. The fruit is then pitted and then dried by sun. The resultant product is a uniform golden yellow colour practically free from all internal and external defects. Harvesting, curing, drying and storage of the fruit will take place according to best industry standards.
