Bananas

Freeze dried banana is prepared from sound fruit harvested at the optimal level of ripeness which have been peeled, inspected, diced to the required size and then frozen (IQF) as individual dices.

The resultant frozen product is then freeze dried to reduce the moisture of the fruit from natural humidity levels to a level where its stability is preserved and it can be store under ambient conditions for a prolonged period.

The product is metal detected prior to packing.

The product is 100% banana and contains no other added ingredients.
