Cashews

Cashew kernels (Anacardium occidentale L.) are harvested from the trees, separated and removed from the outer vegetative layer (cashew apple), dried, shelled, peeled and cleaned. They are graded for uniform size then metal detected and packed into cartons.

This product can be supplied in various size grades to meet production requirements.
