Glace Peels, Strips and Cubes

The product is made from the skin of oranges and lemons mixed in a ratio of 80% orange and 20% lemon. The peels are first cured in a brine solution.

When required, the peel is well washed, cooked, and well cleaned and the brine solution eliminated. It is then glaced in a filtered and pasteurised sucrose/glucose-fructose syrup infusion. It is then well drained of free syrup, selected and metal detected.

The product is supplied as selected ready to use standard according to best industry practices.
