Infused Tropical Fruits
Our infused tropical fruits are produced using fresh, just‑ripe mango, pineapple, papaya, and other select varieties delivered to the processing facility on the same day as harvest. All incoming fruit undergoes full quality inspection, then is washed, peeled or trimmed as required, and mechanically graded and cut. The prepared fruit is brined and preserved through a carefully controlled sucrose infusion (or sucrose/glucose‑fructose syrup for certain products), then mechanically dried to achieve the desired texture. To maintain free‑flowing characteristics, the dried fruit is lightly rolled in sugar before being fully drained (where applicable), selected, and passed through on‑line metal detection. Finished product is packed into blue poly‑lined cartons, with bags sealed if specified, before cartons are sealed, coded, and prepared for distribution in accordance with best industry practices.
